At the Tojo University Hospital, a group of specialists in the type of heart surgery called the “Batista operation,” which is said to have a success rate of 60%, have formed a specialist team called “Team Batista,” and the team is improving their record miraculously with 26 consecutive successful cases. The members of the forensic team are dubbed the “white coats.” Kazuki Kitamura stars in his first lead role for a TBS drama series as white coat investigator Satoshi Ichinose, who uses his advanced forensic skills and unique investigative methods to crack puzzling cases. He is joined by Shosuke Tanihara as “the human lie detector” Masayuki Honda, and Hiroyuki Miyasako ex-forensics ace, Toru Okunuki, to round out the cool white coat, forensic “geek” trio.
