Synopsis
Grapes need a lot of care, such as trimming the vines, pruning leaves and the fruit has to be handpicked. So much time and effort is required, but high quality grapes are traded at a good price. Okushiri grapes, grown in the sea breeze, have a rich coating of minerals. The grapes are crushed, as they are adding the unique sea aroma to the wine.
