Synopsis
To make a great-looking egg requires mixing the hot spring components while withstanding the heat. Once boiled, they're then steamed with a temperature of 100 degree to finish. It takes about an hour to complete the work, while standing the whole time. The ready-to-eat black eggs are carried to the base in a special gondola to be eaten while still piping hot.
