Tasuku, the young brother of Ataru who never appeared in the television drama emerges here as the lead suspect in a serial killing case.
Ataru flies from New York to rescue his brother and discover the truth behind the murders which bear a strong resemblance to the "Crucifixion Murders" that shocked the United States in 1997.
